Novus Nigeria has sent three of its employees on an extensive training programme to ensure manufacturing excellence is achieved across its own production processes.

| The on-the-job training took place at Novus Sealing’s UK facilities in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, and lasted for one month. The purpose of the training was to ensure the three employees could operate the company’s newly installed state of the art machinery. |
| Based at the Oregun Industrial Estate, Ikeja, Lagos, Novus Nigeria is now fully equipped and staffed to manufacture Novus Sealing products inline with the company’s own high manufacturing standards, which is also emulated across Novus Sealing’s global network. |
| ince delegates from Novus Nigeria attended the Novus Sealing Conference in April 2011, a number of developments have taken place at the Lagos-based company, which along with the extensive training programme, has also included the ordering and installation of new machines and equipment to help the company strengthen its presence across Nigeria’s industry sectors. |
