New appointment expands applications team |

| We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dorita Weissfuss who has joined the applications team, supporting both the Flexitallic and Novus Sealing brands. |
| Dorita has several years experience of providing engineered solutions to a wide range of industries, including aerospace, packaging and power transmission technology. |
| After working as a Draftsperson in Germany, Dorita moved to the UK in 2005, where she studied and gained her bachelor of engineering degree (BEng Hons) via the Open University. Dorita also holds a Diploma for "Design and Innovation". |
| Working alongside her colleagues within the applications team, Dorita's role will see her providing technical support to Flexitallic's and Novus Sealing's internal and external customer base. |
| Dorita said: "I'm looking forward to applying my experience and knowledge to support our clients and I can't wait to get started - I'm really looking forward to the challenges ahead." |
| Dorita will also be taking an active role in the future expansion plans being put in place by both Flexitallic and Novus Sealing, in order to meet the growing demand for the Group's products across the UK and Europe. |
| When not working Dorita loves to ride motorbikes and pursuing her interest for vintage cars. |
