UNIFLONTM is a comprehensive range of modified and expanded PTFE sealing products designed for applications where chemical resistance is paramount or where food safety is a requirement.
UNIFLONTM series is the latest generation of filled biaxially oriented PTFE sealing materials combining outstanding chemical resistance with excellent sealing performance. The enhanced capabilities of our manufacturing facility means that one piece gaskets are available up to 20000 mm diameter.
In addition we offer a range of expanded PTFE products designed for sealing applications of limited low bolt load. Available in both sheet and tape forms and in a range of thicknesses and sizes.

Description: Specially designed for use in low bolt loaded constructions: Therefore extremely suitable for glass, ceramics, and plastic lined or distorted flanges and even flanges with light surface irregularities.
Features: Conforms with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations. Excellent chemical resistance. Extremely low gas permeability, even at low bolt loads.
Thickness: 0.75 to 6.0 mm
Standard Sheet sizes: 1.0m x 1.0m, 1.5m x 1.5m, 2.0m x 2.0m

  UniflonTM 51

Colour: Pink
Description: A general purpose grade for sealing applications across the whole pH- range. Particularly suitable for use with strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid) and alkalis. Other applications include solvents, fuels, water, steam and chlorine.
Features: Conforms with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations. Excellent chemical resistance Extremely reduced creep properties compared to conventional PTFE
Thickness: 0.75 to 6.0 mm
Standard Sheet sizes: 1.0m x 1.0m, 1.5m x 1.5m, 2.0m x 2.0m
Approvals/Specs:
BAM- Oxygen service for gaseous oxygen at temperatures of up to 200ºC & with liquid oxygen
BAM- Ref:II-1683/2003-1
BAM- Chemical test against Ethylene Oxide Propylene oxide 100% according to the guidelines of the German Lloyd (GL2002, 1-1-7)

Description: A general purpose grade for sealing applications across the whole pH- range. Particularly suitable for use with hydrofluoric acid, but not pure hydrogen fluoride. It can be used with alkalis, solvents, fuels, water, steam and chlorine.
Features: Conforms with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations.Excellent chemical resistance. Extremely reduced creep properties compared to conventional PTFE
Thickness: 0.75 to 6.0 mm
Standard Sheet sizes: 1.0m x 1.0m, 1.5m x 1.5m, 2.0m x 2.0m

Description: A superior performance PTFE based material with highly conformable properties on the surface layers with a biaxially orientated pure PTFE core.
Features: Specifically designed for use in low bolt loaded irregular flanges. Typical flanges include glass lined, ceramic, plastic coated or uneven and badly distorted flanges. It is suitable for sealing all chemicals across the pH range with the exception of molten alkali metals and fluorine gas.
Thickness: 1.5mm to 3.2mm (other thicknesses may be available on request).
Standard Sheet sizes: 1.5m x 1.5m

Conforms with FDA21 CFR 177.1550 regulations.

Features: Specifically designed for use in low bolt loaded irregular flanges. Typical flanges include glass lined, ceramic, plastic coated or uneven and badly distorted flanges. It is suitable for sealing all chemicals across the pH range with the exception of molten alkali metals and fluorine gas.
Thickness: 0.75 to 6.4 mm
Standard Sheet sizes: 1.5m x 1.5m

Conforms with FDA21 CFR 177.1550 regulations.
